About the author

I’m the creative brain behind The Creative Alchemist. Born in Haiti, raised on curiosity. By day, I’m a Visual Designer creating accessible training content for the FAA. Outside of work, I’m finishing a second bachelor’s degree in Digital Strategy and Audience Engagement at ASU, with minors in Project Management and Sociology. My schedule is full, but apparently my brain did not get the memo.

With a background in visual design and a fascination with audience behavior, I’m interested in why people click, believe, buy, learn, and scroll right past something. My husband and I also run Dyadic Alchemy, where we create custom apparel, promotional products, and brand visuals for small businesses. I handle the concepts and design. He helps keep the questionable ideas from escaping unsupervised.

I also spend a lot of time experimenting with generative AI. I use it to explore images, animation, video, and new creative workflows. This blog is where I test tools, break things, rebuild them, and occasionally stumble onto something worth keeping. You can find the more polished results in my portfolio.

Some posts begin as class projects, especially when the subject connects with branding, misinformation, audience behavior, accessible design, or digital strategy. Others begin because I found a new tool and wondered what would happen if I pushed it too far. Do not expect dry academic recaps. This space is still fully me, just with occasional citations.

Whether you are here for insight, inspiration, or to see what happens when someone adds entirely too many layers to a Photoshop file, welcome. The Creative Alchemist is part digital lab, part creative journal, and part organized chaos. Stick around. There is always another experiment brewing.
