Project Details
ABI Multifamily moves fast. So did I. This abi multifamily design portfolio shows how I helped one of Arizona’s top apartment brokerages stay consistent and sharp across everything they sent out the door.
From email blasts to custom maps, floor plans, and video templates, I built out a full visual system they could reuse and rely on. The kind of thing that saves everyone time and still looks good in a pitch deck.
One of my favorite parts was creating floor plans and maps that were both accurate and actually nice to look at. Real estate isn’t known for pretty paperwork, but I made sure these were both functional and clean. No filler. No weird icons.
I also worked on brand tweaks, logo work, and plenty of property emails, which needed to look good on any screen and still load fast. All of it tied together so nothing looked out of place, even with dozens of listings live at once.

This was real estate design in the real world. Quick turnarounds. Tight specs. Strong results.
For this project I was Project Lead.
These videos were/are used to showcase and advertise certain properties for ABI Multifamily. A lot of the videos are made from scratch and put together as a property template that allows quick placement of information and photographs. In total, once a template has been put together it takes a designer with AE skills about an hour to use the template to make a video, from start to finish. Below are the templates I created and that are still in use. There are 4 different templates to choose from depending on the ‘personality’ of the property we are showcasing.

Here is a small collection of logos I have made for clients of ABI Multifamily. Most of the logos I designed and some I recreated in illustrator.

For every property that ABI lists we made an overview aerial or directional aerial for them. Over time the aerials have become a bit more detailed and specific to the broker's or the client's requests. Here are a few of the aerials I have put together for some of our most recent properties.

e - blasts
Throughout my time at ABI I sent out several emails a day. While some of them were templated some creativity was needed to adjust them to special properties and of course events. Since e-blasts tend to be long I've cut them in parts.
